Hygiene control valves

RIEGER control valves are particularly impressive in the food industry, but also in the pharmaceutical industry, thanks to their resilience and durability. This is based on the regulating cones with O-ring seal, which enable undisturbed production processes and product safety.

Longer production cycles mean lower maintenance costs and therefore higher productivity.

On the product side, the control valves are equipped with metal regulating cones. The control behavior (Kv values) can be individually adapted to your processes on site. For this, we need the desired Kv values at 50 % and 100 % valve opening as a basis for calculation.

Thanks to the modular system, it is possible to switch between both types of actuator – manually (DN 10-100) or pneumatically operated with a positioner (DN 25-100) – at any time.
