When cleaning processes are still carried out “by feel” using a pump and hose, the most important elements are often missing: control, transparency, and reproducibility. This is exactly where Gebr. Rieger’s mobile CIP system comes in. It brings clarity to the process—and eliminates uncertainties for good.

Through close collaboration with the customer, existing processes are analyzed and specifically optimized. The focus is on precisely understanding requirements and translating them into a solution that integrates seamlessly into the respective plant standard. Practicality and ease of use are always at the forefront.

“Every system has its own unique requirements.
Through close collaboration with the customer, we were able to develop the right technical solution.”

Technical Sales and Project Planning

The mobile CIP system is custom-designed for each specific application. A 1,000-liter tank serves as the foundation, supplemented by intelligent sensor technology. During the cleaning process, all relevant parameters are clearly displayed: flow rate, temperature, concentration, time, pressure, and total volume. Control is fully automated via a Siemens SIMATIC HMI TP1200 touch panel. The stored cleaning programs can be customized for each customer using “recipes.” Thanks to its forklift-based mobility, the system remains flexible in its application.

You receive the entire system from a single source—selected components are sourced according to the customer’s factory standards or can be included upon request. The system is then carefully welded together with precision at our Aalen plant. In doing so, we ensure good accessibility and clean orbital welds to create a durable and robust system that meets the demands of daily operation. The system is fully piped and wired and is ready for plug-and-play use at the customer’s site.

The system undergoes comprehensive testing in-house as part of a factory acceptance test. All functions are tested, processes are simulated using water, and quality is ensured down to the last detail. To this end, we rely on our own programmers or trusted automation partners such as Membraflow.
Final commissioning takes place on-site at the customer’s location as part of the Site Acceptance Test. The system is integrated and tested under real-world conditions. During this process, a target object is cleaned to immediately verify the system’s performance and process reliability. Operating personnel are introduced to the system and trained on its use. Even after commissioning, the Rieger team remains available to answer questions and provide assistance.
The mobile CIP system enables targeted cleaning of individual components or smaller systems—efficiently, in a controlled manner, and with consistent results. Full transparency in the cleaning process ensures greater safety, quality, and efficiency in operations.
