For our aluminum foundry at the Aalen-Neukochen site

Your tasks

• Your main tasks include the independent inspection, repair and maintenance of systems and machines in the aluminum foundry
• Your tasks will also include identifying and analyzing weak points in the control system process.
• They search specifically for faults in the electro-mechanical systems
• You will carry out system modifications, extensions and additions and take immediate action in the event of faults and accidents.
• You will independently eliminate technical faults during production operations and initiate improvement measures.
• Participation in the procurement of spare parts and the independent implementation of smaller conversion measures and projects round off your exciting field of activity.
• Maintenance of the systems according to instructions and the requirements of the system documentation in accordance with ISO 9000 are no problem for you.
• You then document the work carried out in the daily work record.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining the conveyor technology and crane systems at the foundry site.

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering / automation technology (f/m/d) or equivalent skills and knowledge acquired in another way.
• You have relevant professional experience in a production or industrial company.
• Ideally, you are familiar with Siemens control systems (older and modern).
• You are flexible, a team player, proactive and have a hands-on mentality.
• You must be willing to work in two shifts and enjoy doing so.
• Good written and spoken German skills round off your profile.
