Your challenges:

• Technical and disciplinary management of the production control and production planning team
• Responsible for the timely implementation and control of production /
  order planning with regard to throughput times, availability, resources and materials
• Responsible for the timely and resource-optimized management of production orders
• Responsible for production and order planning for new product launches and projects
• Implementation of measures for process improvement and process compliance for existing production processes
• Active design and further development of future-oriented production methods and processes
• Analysis and optimization of existing production and planning processes to sustainably increase efficiency
• Contact person for all relevant internal interfaces, e.g. sales, purchasing, quality assurance

Your qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a university degree in mechanical engineering/production engineering
  or a comparable qualification, as well as an affinity for technology
• You have management experience and enjoy motivating and developing a team
• You have relevant professional experience in production control/production planning or a similar
  area in a manufacturing company
• You have very good MS Office skills and sound experience with ERP systems
• You have analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
• A confident manner and communication skills at several organizational levels round off your profile
