You expand business relationships with existing customers and make an important value contribution to the development of our activities by actively acquiring new customers
You are the direct contact person for your customers when it comes to technical and commercial issues
You recognize short, medium and long-term customer needs and develop customer-specific sales strategies
Through regular visits to our existing and new customers, you will further develop long-term and new business relationships.
You are responsible for professional order negotiations and coordinate pricing with the sales management in advance
Based on close cooperation and intensive dialog with the internal departments, you are the interface to the customer
You take over the preparation of customer inquiries for processing by the office staff
Active offer and project follow-up is a matter of course for you
Your tasks will include monitoring and reporting customer-specific key figures as well as carrying out market analyses and sales and marketing activities
You report directly to the sales manager on a weekly basis

Selling is your passion! You enjoy dealing with customers and know how to inspire and convince people
Ideally you have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Alternatively, commercial/technical vocational training in combination with sound commercial/technical further training
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in an industrial company, ideally in the field service or internal sales department
You are ready to take on the challenge and familiarize yourself with the very extensive product range. We support you on your way to becoming a sales professional. Extensive training and knowledge sharing are important foundations of our personnel development
You have the ability to analyze and understand the customer’s process requirements.
You are very willing to travel and enjoy being on site with our customers and business partners
Good MS Office skills and sound IT experience with ERP systems
Business fluent in written and spoken English
Personal responsibility, a high affinity for sales, enthusiasm and a confident manner at different levels of communication are a matter of course for you
Strong communication skills and negotiation skills are among your strengths
