Your responsibilities include:

• Maintenance and Repair: You will be responsible for the regular maintenance, upkeep, and repair of our operational facilities, machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Process Optimization: You will play an active role in optimizing production facilities and internal maintenance processes.
• Troubleshooting: You analyze the causes of errors and damage and resolve them independently to minimize downtime.
• Renovation and Installation: Properly carrying out renovation and installation work is also part of your job responsibilities.
• Metal Fabrication: You will independently fabricate metal structures, working with both steel and light metals.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the metalworking field (e.g., as a plant fitter or mechanic) or a comparable qualification—or, alternatively, you have relevant experience as a career changer.
• In-depth technical knowledge and practical experience in pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field is desirable.
• Proficiency in spoken and written German
• An independent, conscientious work style combined with the ability to handle high pressure and flexibility in terms of working hours.
• Ideally, you should have a valid forklift operator’s license.
