Your areas of responsibility:

Incoming goods

• Receipt of goods and visual inspection
• Comparison of delivery bill and goods
• Posting goods receipts
• Storage of the goods acc. Specification on WE bill
• Forwarding the goods to QA for further testing

Picking goods

• Provision of goods according to the production parts list of the routing cards
• Assembling sealing kits and spare parts in accordance with Order

Outgoing goods

• Comparison of goods and delivery bill (article number, quantity…)
• Check that all required accompanying documents (WAZ, declaration of incorporation, FDA certificates, etc.) are complete.
• Final inspection of the goods to be shipped
• Secure packaging of the goods for transportation
• Forwarding the delivery documents with all the necessary details (type of packaging, weight, etc.)
  to the specialist department to prepare the shipping documents

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist
  or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse management
• Driving license for forklift trucks and industrial trucks would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and IT experience with ERP systems
• Coordination skills, thoroughness and reliability
• Perseverance and strong teamwork and communication skills
