Together with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University based in Stuttgart, we offer you a training model that combines the practical relevance of vocational training with the scientific know-how of a degree course.
The dual study program alternates regularly between practical phases in the company and theoretical phases at Stuttgart Cooperative State University. The course is rounded off by special seminars that will, for example, give you a confident and confident appearance for your later professional life.

As an electrical engineer, you can help shape the future of automation at RIEGER and take responsibility for our products, plants and systems. These will become your specialty, as you will accompany them from development to implementation and drive the digital transformation in our plants and systems. With a dual study program in electrical engineering (B.Eng.) you will lay the perfect foundation.

  • You will complete your basic training with us in the training department and during your studies you will work in a wide range of specialist areas in which exciting tasks and projects await you, some of which you will work on and supervise independently
  • You will get to know electrical and electronic systems and continuously expand your knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics and computer science
  • Always varied: you learn the theoretical background at the DHBW and can then apply what you have learned directly in our specialist departments

DURATION & START OF STUDIES

  • 3 years (divided into practical and theoretical semesters)
  • Start in October

REQUIREMENTS

  • Abitur (general or subject-specific) or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences
  • Good to very good grades in math and physics
  • Ability to think in context
  • Sociability
  • Ability to concentrate
  • High level of commitment and self-motivation
  • Enjoy working with technology
  • Teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills
