For our process technology at the Rieger Campus site

Your tasks:

• Support for existing customer relationships
• Advising customers on technical issues
• Preparation and follow-up of offers through to the successful conclusion of a contract
• Responsibility for order processing
• Internal deadline tracking for projects and coordination with design and production
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system
• Receiving complaints and coordinating RMAs internally
• Managing supplier declarations, determining the origin of goods, preference calculation
• Preparation and follow-up of sales campaigns and trade fairs

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training
• At least initial experience in customer service is desirable, but not a prerequisite
• Industry/assembly experience in the field of valve technology/plant engineering is desirable
• Fluent written and spoken English, other foreign languages also welcome
  English language skills are further developed with courses if required

• Good knowledge of MS Office and sound IT experience with ERP systems
• Sales-oriented and independent work
• High level of communication skills, self-organization, pleasure in dealing with customers
• Coordination skills, thoroughness and reliability
• Commercial interest in the context of sales activities
