Together with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University based in Heidenheim, we offer you a training model that combines the practical relevance of vocational training with the scientific know-how of a degree course.
The dual study program alternates regularly between practical phases in the company and theoretical phases at Heidenheim Cooperative State University. The course is rounded off by special seminars that will, for example, give you a confident and confident appearance for your later professional life.

After just 3 years, you will have your Bachelor’s degree in your pocket. What are you waiting for?

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

• Getting to know the day-to-day business
• Acquire extensive, practice-oriented knowledge and skills in various areas of the company parallel to your studies at the Cooperative State University
• Analyze processes, link sub-processes and contribute to optimization
• Collaboration on projects (problem identification, analysis, solution)
• Preparing and presenting topics and documents to suit the situation
• Determine and evaluate key figures for the presentation of operational success
• Structuring, preparing and presenting decision papers

During the practical phases, you will be deployed in almost all commercial departments and can put the specialist knowledge you have learned at university directly into practice.
In addition, there are numerous further training opportunities to qualify for more advanced positions later on.

DURATION & START OF STUDIES

• 3 years (divided into practical and theoretical semesters)
• Start in October

REQUIREMENTS

• Abitur (general or subject-specific) or entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences
• Interest in business management topics
• communicative skills and a high level of self-motivation
• Enjoy working in a team
• Initiative and independence
• Sense of responsibility
