Double-seat valves N13 – Hybrid

The patented RIEGER aseptic double-seat valve N13 incorporates the technologies of hygienic and aseptic valve design in one valve.

It combines the advantages of the long-proven hygienic double-seat valve N1 with those of the aseptic double-seat valve N7. You could also call it a hybrid double-seat valve.

The bellows seal hermetically to the surroundings. The double valve seat reliably separates the two process rails from each other to prevent unwanted mixing of two liquids.

The special feature of the valve eliminates the need for CIP/SIP valves, the leakage chamber and enables a very compact valve.

This valve replaces the double-seat valves with stem flushing known on the market, eliminating the costs for sealing media and their control.
