Your area of responsibility:

• Independent set-up, running-in and operation of CNC turning/milling centers from DMG-Mori and OKUMA as well as on cycle lathes
• Single part and series production of complex stainless steel turned parts
• Measurement and testing under own responsibility according to existing quality guidelines
• Continuous process and program optimization
• Setting the required tools and monitoring the production process

Your qualification:

• Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator or industrial mechanic
• Good knowledge of Siemens 840d and OKUMA OSP-P300L
• Knowledge of programming
• High degree of team spirit, commitment, quality awareness and initiative
• Interest in modern process and production workflows
• Willingness to work 3 shifts and overtime as well as operating multiple machines
