Commercial Employee m/f/d Internal Sales Administration (full-time)

The job involves supporting and expanding existing customer relationships and coordinating with related internal departments.

Your tasks:

– Support for existing customer relationships

– Pricing for domestic and foreign transactions

– Responsibility for order processing

– Internal deadline tracking of orders and coordination with production

– Master data maintenance in the ERP system

– Creating invoices and shipping documents

– Receiving complaints and coordinating RMAs internally

– Managing supplier declarations, determining the origin of goods, preference calculation

– Preparation and follow-up of offers through to the successful conclusion of a contract

Your qualifications:

– Successfully completed commercial training or studies

– Experience in international customer service is desirable, but not a requirement

– Industry experience in the field of valve technology/plant engineering is an advantage

– Fluent written and spoken English, additional foreign language skills are beneficial

– Good knowledge of MS Office and sound IT experience with ERP systems

– Sales-oriented and independent work

– High level of communication skills, self-organization, pleasure in dealing with customers

– Coordination skills, thoroughness and reliability
