Your tasks:

• Production of turned and milled parts with NC and CNC processing machines
• Production of sample parts according to drawings and sketches for development and production
• Production of new tools, fixture construction and maintenance of current series tools
• Identification of tool damage and problems
• Independent production of individual parts, partly also conventional (turning, milling, grinding, drilling, countersinking, thread cutting, reaming, deburring, filing)
• Machine care, maintenance and simple repairs
• Tool setter and participation in tool management
• Supervision of the tool issue

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed vocational training in the field of metalworking,
  ideally as a cutting machine operator or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge and practical experience of machining processes
  in mechanical metalworking, especially CNC machining
• Good technical understanding and logical thinking
• Independent and conscientious way of working
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Optional willingness to work shifts in exceptional cases (two shifts).
  But primarily no shift work.
