Hygienic Overflow Valves Type E8

RIEGER Overflow valves E8 are a combination of angle valves and relief valves. Unlike an overflow valve, this valve opens on request up to 100% stroke like shut-off valve. It is possible to seal the overflow valves.

One possible application is the protection of forced-feed pumps e.g. peristaltic pumps.
The overflow valve E8 is suitable for all liquid media.

Overflow valves are no safety valves.
For this purpose we recommend the TÜV certified safety valve type SH.

Overflow E8 can only be equipped with a proximity sensor with a
maximum diameter of 12 mm as electronic feedback. This is screwed
to the bracket between the valve housing and the actuator. This proximity
switch is usually not in scope of delivery. Or ask us for control tops.

All Valves are available in special alloys, such as Hastelloy® C-22, 1.4539/904L, 1.4529, AL-6XN® and others.
