The long service life of the PTFE bellows, optionally available with stainless steel cap or PEEK cap for liquids with grains, ensures low downtime.

Because of open folds in the open state, the cleaning performance is optimal.
Several valves, combined to valve blocks in filling machines, aseptically fill up products like yogurt.


Suitable valve for filling application available:

Some products such as yogurt or baby food are filled in a cup respectively a glas from the top (above liquid level).
Other products are filled via a lance slightly above or even below liquid level,  e.g. salad dressing or shampoo.
