Hygienic Double Seal Valves DD

RIEGER Double Seal Valves DD are used for the mix-proof barrier of product and cleaning medium in pipe sections. The leakage chamber is placed between the separating seals. The leakage is discharged via the leakage valves to the outside. 
The design of the one-piece, solid and cavity-free valve housing provides optimal CIP/SIP cleaning options. The valves are used in systems of the brewery and beverage industry, in dairies and in the food industry and pharmaceutical industry.

This control top has been developed between AWH and Rieger in collaboration with Bürkert. It serves as a custom-fit solution for our in-house hygienic and aseptic process valves to achieve an even more efficient and precise application.

FlowStar is available in the models 24 V DC, AS-I bus, IO-Link (Port Class A) or Ethernet IP.

  • without solenoid valve, 3 internal proximity switches + 1 outlet for external proximity switch
  • 1 solenoid valve, 3 internal proximity switches + 1 outlet for external proximity switch
  • 2 solenoid valves, 3 internal proximity switches + 1 outlet for external proximity switch


Mounting kit integrated in Control Top – no separate mounting kit necessary. Exception for LCV valves, ESV valves.

All Valves are available in special alloys, such as Hastelloy® C-22, 1.4539/904L, 1.4529, AL-6XN® and others.
