Les excellentes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s aseptiques sont obtenues gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la s\u00e9paration herm\u00e9tique de l'environnement.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine des fruits, par exemple pour les yaourts aux fraises, Rieger ne mise pas sur le soufflet m\u00e9tallique, mais sur le soufflet combin\u00e9 PTFE-m\u00e9tal, qui allie la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 du soufflet PTFE (plus d'un million de cycles de commutation) \u00e0 la technique d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 sans \u00e9rosion du joint torique !<\/p>\n<p>Cette valve est indispensable dans les n\u0153uds de vannes aseptiques et sur les machines de remplissage aseptiques, o\u00f9 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 totale du produit est une priorit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 gauche sur la photo : variante de tube<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1616\" src=\"https:\/\/rr-rieger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/rohrvariante-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\"><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Une autre variante est la vanne aseptique \u00e0 double si\u00e8ge N7 (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9e vanne \u00e0 double chambre) utilis\u00e9e comme vanne de sortie de r\u00e9servoir. Comme pour la version pour canalisation, la s\u00e9paration du produit de l'environnement est totalement garantie.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur conception innovante, les soufflets en PTFE garantissent une dur\u00e9e de vie extr\u00eamement longue (plus d'un million de courses). Ils ne se bloquent pas \u00e0 l'ouverture de la valve, de sorte que les plis restent toujours ouverts et peuvent \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9s correctement. Contrairement aux soufflets m\u00e9talliques qui n\u00e9cessitent encore des joints toriques pour assurer l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, le soufflet en PTFE est ici le seul \u00e9l\u00e9ment d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 qui ferme herm\u00e9tiquement l'int\u00e9rieur de la vanne par rapport \u00e0 l'environnement, sans d\u00f4me ni espace mort (joint monobloc en contact avec le
